Timarron Country Club is located in prestigious Southlake, Texas. Timarron has three banquet rooms: The Main Dining Room, The Hogan Room and The Nelson Room. The Main Dining Room, Hogan and Nelson can be opened up into one large room. Whether an event is intimate or extravagant, Timarron can custom design the space, menu, and decor to accommodate your unique style.

Meet the Private Event Director:

Asa Vandertulip is the Private Event Director, at Timarron Country Club. She came to us from La Cima Club.  Asa holds a Business and Hospitality Management degree from the University of North Texas. She assists in wedding planning services such as referring other wedding professionals, planning the reception itinerary, the menu, and any other details you need assistance with. In addition, she can help coordinate the wedding ceremony.

Meet the Executive Chef:

Timarron’s Executive Chef Craig Ford has a distinguished history of culinary excellence both in the golf industry and outside.  He has come to us most recently by way of Prairie Dunes Country Club in Hutchinson Kansas, where he not only operated as the Executive Chef, but he also fed over 6,500 per day when Prairie Dunes hosted the 2006 U.S. Senior Open.  Prior to that, Craig spent several years in Tulsa as the Executive Chef for The Golf Club of Oklahoma. He also held the distinction of being the Chef at the Polo Grill in Tulsa, which was one of two restaurants in the state of Oklahoma that held the 4 STAR and 4 DIAMOND awards simultaneously.
