Fee Includes Table Linens, Table Skirting, Dance Floor, House Décor, Cake Cutting, Set Up, Clean Up, Service Staff.

Days / Hours of Operation

The Country Club is open Tuesday through Sunday for Events, Mondays with minimums

Food Service

All Food & Beverage must be provided by Timarron Country Club.
No Food may be taken off of or brought onto Club property.
(an exception is made for wedding cakes)

Deposits & Payment Schedule

$1000.00 deposit is due to book the date.
The deposit is non-refundable but applies to the balance of the event. 
60 Days Prior to the Event Date: 50% of Estimated charges are due
30 Days Prior to the Event Date: The remaining estimated balance is due

The Club must have a credit card on file.

Club Decor

The club provides square beveled mirrors, hurricane globes & votive candles for each table.
White candles are provided

Bar

Cash Bars have a $100.00 cash bar fee
Cash Bar Prices Available Upon Request

Guarantee

The guaranteed guest count is due no later than one week prior to your event.

Tax & Gratuity

Tax 8.25% Gratuity 20%
(There is no tax on Alcohol or Room Rental Fees)
