Upon entering Timarron Country Club, you and your wedding guests will be welcomed by a stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood beams, and picturesque panoramic views along the west and north walls of our elegant facility. The Clubhouse can comfortably seat 200 wedding guests with room for a dance floor, and 240 guests if a dance floor is not required. A private bar is also available for you and your guests to enjoy during your wedding reception.

Generally, the front of the venue is used for cocktails and mingling. It is also where our Executive Chef sets his fabulous Cheese and Fruit Display. As you move farther into the reception room, you will see the space where we lay down our wooden dance floor, as well as the alcove where your cakes will be displayed against a beautiful backdrop of the 18th green and the lake. The remaining area will house tables and chairs for your guests. You may choose to adorn your wedding ceremony and wedding reception spaces with the elegant decorations we provide, or with the decorations you bring in.

Timarron Country Club has Three banquet rooms: The Main Dining Room, The Hogan Room and The Nelson Room. The Main Dining Room, Hogan and Nelson can be opened up into one large room to accommodate the size of your wedding celebration.
